Community Engagement and Collaboration (CEC) service undertakes to increase the engagement and responsiveness of the users, as well as, acting as knowledge base for new users. CEC comprises of the Citizen App forum, the FAQ tab and the gamification ranks that will be part of the incentive program of Citizen App.
Mobility services as part of the citizens’ app will be a gate for the citizens towards an efficient charging schedule oriented to their personalized constraints.
